Biomass replacement
To maintain the performance of biofilters filled with organic media the support medium must be replaced every 3-7 years depending on the type of media used. Removal and refilling existing, conventional biofilters with organic media is easier said than done and often a time consuming process.

Preconditioning
For pre-conditioning and pre-collection we have various methods and equipment – such as heat exchangers, humidifiers, venturi scrubbers, fabric filters and quench coolers – in our program to create ideal conditions for industrial odour control like dust removal, humidity and temperature control.

REMUS Monitoring
Our Remote Monitoring System, REMUS, is a in house development to enable full monitoring and data collection of any technical equipment with a PLC and instruments. It allows for remote data collection and auto-reporting.

Retrofitting
The SULPHUS can replace chemical scrubbers and be a safer, much more economical technique for odour control. In the past decades controlling H2S was usually achieved in wet or chemical scrubbers in which H2S is either absorbed in a caustic solution or absorbed and oxidized in a caustic-hypochlorite or caustic-peroxide solution.
