System inspection and evaluation
When your existing odour control system is underperforming or you simply want to know if it is working correctly, Pure Air Solutions is more than happy to do an expert inspection and evaluation of your existing odour control system in order to optimise its performance.
With more than 30 years of experience and our intensive Research & Development program, like 2 Marie Curie EU funded project, Pure Air Solutions experts understand the science and mechanism of odour control.
The system inspection and evaluation includes data analyses, design valuation and a site survey to examine your equipment and processes in-depth. Be linking the data and characteristics of your odour emission with to the design of the odour control system, we can determine if your existing treatment system is still fit-for-purpose.
In addition we examine your existing treatment system in detail to determine how it is built, what its mechanical and process specification are and in what condition it is. If it’s not well-designed or fit for purpose we will recommend a set of measures to improve your odour control system as soon and cost-effectively as possible. In some case this implies some minor adjustments in other cases (part of) the odour control system needs to refitted or replaced. In all cases our extensive knowledge and experience is utilised to come up with the best possible and reasonably achievable solution.
